Rhinoplasty – Post Op Instructions
- Elevate 45° for 48 – 72 hours
- Ice Packs – only sides of nose
- Apply Chlorsig ointment
- FESS Nasal Spray – douche the nose up to 4 times a day
- Omnilux – 2 per week
- Clean base of nose with Q-Tip and 3% Hydrogen Peroxide mixed with 50/50 water
- Do not blow nose or sniff for 10 days. If you sneeze, open your mouth
- Do not wear glasses for 8 weeks following your procedure
- Splint is removed 5 – 7 days after surgery in the rooms
- No exercise for 14 days
- Avoid sun for 1 month
