Rhinoplasty – Post Op Instructions

Elevate 45° for 48 – 72 hours
Ice Packs – only sides of nose
Apply Chlorsig ointment
FESS Nasal Spray – douche the nose up to 4 times a day
Omnilux – 2 per week
Clean base of nose with Q-Tip and 3% Hydrogen Peroxide mixed with 50/50 water
Do not blow nose or sniff for 10 days. If you sneeze, open your mouth
Do not wear glasses for 8 weeks following your procedure
Splint is removed 5 – 7 days after surgery in the rooms
No exercise for 14 days
Avoid sun for 1 month
